2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the resiloren.com website between RESILOREN and any non-professional buyer (consumer). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. RESILOREN reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). RESILOREN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
5. Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. RESILOREN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, unauthorized payment, or suspected fraud. A confirmation email is sent upon order validation.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout. Transactions are secured by the Shopify Payments system.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our shipping policy available on the website. RESILOREN cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. To exercise this right, please contact us at resiloren.pret@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.
9. Returns and Refunds
The return and refund conditions are detailed in our return policy, available on the website. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and validation of the return.
10. Legal Guarantees
In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a lack of conformity, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund of the product.
11. Liability
RESILOREN cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the suitability of the products for their intended use.
12. Data Protection
The personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. It is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.
13. Mediation

14. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
